Here at Cotswold Watersports we are lucky to have an excellent facility perfect for
learning to Water ski, with a 35 Acre large main lake and a separate competition water ski slalom lake.
We have two water ski school boats running through the season which commences late March through to late October, weather permitting, our Instructors are fully qualified BWSF Instructors who have worked coaching and instructing in the Watersports Industry for well over ten years now.
When you arrive to water ski you will be greeted by one of our members of staff and signed in, if a wetsuit and buoyancy aid is required this will be provided and then you can head down and get changed ready to start your water ski lesson. You will then be met by your water ski instructor who will give you a full safety briefing and, if it is your first time water skiing, we will run through a dry-land instructional with you before you head out on the water for your water ski lesson.
You are required to arrive in plenty of time to enable you to get your wetsuit etc. on and be ready to go on the water at your allotted water skiing time. We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your water ski start time, half an hour if you can. Please bring a towel and swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit. There must be parental supervision for children under the age of 18 years, at all times. Payment is full is taken in advance to confirm your booking and is non-refundable.
We have Hot and Cold drinks available on site. There are also showering facilities so please bring a towel and shower products if required.
We also have a large lawn area with seating overlooking the lake which is perfect for BBQ’s or Picnics for those that just want to watch you water skiing.
Please note we operate a No Dog policy on site.
PLEASE NOTE SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITED IN THE LAKE AT ANY TIME.
